Understanding of these terms on some level facilitates a better comprehension and enables legal counsel to better serve their clients.

Construction Documents
This course offers an overview of the documentation most commonly associated with construction projects. These materials are often integral to the contractual relationship of the various parties named in a typical construction defect claim. The course provides an understanding of how to navigate these documents as well as insight into how these documents can help define the scope of work, material selection and specific methods for the various parties from the perspective of an architect.
